1. Production and Processing Time
Because our items are 3D printed, there is a production time required before your order is ready to ship.

Processing Time: All orders are processed and printed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

High Volume: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.

We now ship worldwide! Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your items and your destination.

3. Shipping Destinations

United States: We ship to all addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and P.O. Boxes.

International: We ship to most countries worldwide. Please verify at checkout if your country is available.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been printed and your shipping label created. This email will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will generally be active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International)
3DPrintedByHaydenG is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Damages
3DPrintedByHaydenG is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, shipments sent via USPS Ground Advantage generally include insurance coverage. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
